LEEDS MARKET
these were all taken on my OM20, these came out far better than the portrait shots i did, got some huge bargains on this day as well including that massive camera below. what a day.

these are another 2 shots that failed due to under exposure. it’s all a bit trail and error at the minute, but i am learning from these mistakes.

these didn’t work out as well as the previous attempts on this camera, i think this was down to not using natural light as much as on the previous roll. i need to try out a few more techniques for lighting and work out how i need to have my camera set for these indoor shots. these were both shot on the same 35mm fuji film that i had used previously.
HOLGA
i have also borrowed a holga from my housemate so that i have a few types of medium format camera within my project to add more of a range to the types of camera that i am comparing.
NEW CAMERAS
i’ve just received a fisheye camera and a actionsampler camera in the post amazing, yet more things to mix up this project with. i also bought that goliath camera you see on the left hand side of the photo below from leeds market! it was five notes crazy prices, the guy at the stall said that he found them in a garage in peckham, i cant wait to see the quality of the shots from it. at this...
Swimming and underwater photos
jay, myself and lucy went swimming last night in bramly in the hope of getting some nice underwater portrait photos, but as always the best laid plans of mice and men never quite work out. the pool was small over full etc, so i guess we’ll have to try again sometime.

must remind self to buy own hifi system rather than take ones from my dad that have been over used for many years.
POLAROID
i tried out doing some portraits on my polaroid camera to see what sort of quality of shots i could get. i kept these shots pretty standard to start of with, trying different lighting and distances from the face. I want to move on now and attempt to use filters to change the colour of the flash adding a different element to the photos. i need to do a little more research and think up a few more...

the shots below are my first attempts with a olympus OM 20 film SLR. these are sort of my first venture into anything that resembles portrait photography. i want to try and expand on this now using different types of film, and other cameras.
